When creating staff, all staff members must have an email tied to their account in order to log in to MySkillChart. Instead of adding individual staff member, you can also create an universal instructor and universal administrator. This will allow all instructors to log into one account to skill track, and administrative staff can utilize one login to utilize the Admin Portal.
Creating New Staff
- From the Dashboard, click on the Staff.
- Select New Staff.
- Enter all necessary information.
- Be sure to enter an accurate email, the staff member will receive a no-reply email from the software with their personal login information.
- Under Photo users can add a photo of the staff member.

Families and students will not see the staff/instructor’s personal information.
